摘要
为促进公共基础课教师专业化发展,分析了当前高职院校公共基础课教师队伍建设及其校本培训的现状,针对教育信息化对教师专业化的影响、公共基础课教师的专业特征和专业化发展目标进行了具体阐述。在教育信息化背景下,从培训的方针原则、保障机制、持续学习、教师信息化能力框架和校本培训模式等五个方面,对公共基础课教师专业化发展培训体系进行了具体研究。
In order to promote the professional development of public elementary course teachers, this paper has analyzed current situation of teachers' development and school-based training in higher vocational colleges. Around the influence brought by the educational informationization, it has also elaborated the characteristics of specialties and goals of professional development of public elementary courses teachers. This paper has provided concrete study on training system of public elementary courses' professional development in view of five aspects in training policy and its guarantee mechanism, continuous learning, teacher's information capabilities and school-based training modes.
