摘要
当前,高职院校必须健全"双师型"教师队伍建设,教师下企业顶岗锻炼是高职院校师资队伍建设的重要途径。绝大部分高职院校选派教师到企业顶岗锻炼,但没有对其锻炼的成效进行评价,很大程度上影响了教师顶岗锻炼的实际效果。为避免高职院校教师顶岗锻炼工作流于形式,提出了建立一套科学全面、多元化的教师顶岗锻炼成效的评价体系,这将对目前高职院校专业教师的顶岗锻炼工作起到重要的导向作用,并能规范教师下企业锻炼的全过程。
At present, higher vocational colleges should improve their teacher's organization of "dual-qualified" mode. On-post practice in the enterprises is important way of developing teachers' capacities in high vocational colleges. Most professional teachers are sent to enterprises for on-post practice; however, the effect has remained unnoticed, which has brought a negative result to the effect of the practice. In order to avoid the practice of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges becoming a mere formality, this paper has proposed to establish a scientific, comprehensive and diversified system to evaluate on-post practice. The system will serve as an important guidance for the teachers' on-post practice in higher vocational colleges at present, and regulate the whole process of the practice as well.
