摘要
针对目前大力推广的油田污水生化处理技术中存在的氧超标问题,进行腐蚀分析和对策研究。研究了溶解氧含量对油田污水腐蚀速率影响的基本规律,对不同的除氧工艺进行对比分析,优化了除氧剂配方。研究表明:生化系统中溶解氧的浓度与腐蚀速率成正比,生化系统可根据出水溶解氧含量适当调整曝氧量,油田已建污水站适合使用化学除氧方法。
Aiming at the problem of superstandard dissolved oxygen in the biochemical wastewater treatment technolo-gy,which is being popularized in Jiangsu Oilfield currently,it was studied that analysis and countermeasures of corrosion. It was researched that the basic law of the effect of dissolved oxygen on the corrosion rate of oilfield wastewater.In the com-parison of various deoxygenizing process,oxygen scavenger formula was optimized.The research results indicated that corro-sion rate was proportional to the concentration of dissolved oxygen;biochemical oxygen exposure system can be adjusted ac-cording to the dissolved oxygen content of water;oilfield sewage station,which has been built,can be suitable to chemical deoxidization method.
