摘要
对宁夏农村外出务工人员进行调研,对所得数据进行统计分析,并运用Logistic模型进行实证研究.结果表明:性别、月收入、培训费用、获得培训证书、证书等级、证书与工资挂钩、培训对技能提高的作用对农村转移劳动力技能培训的影响显著,其作用大小依次是获得证书、性别、培训费用、月收入、证书等级、证书与工资挂钩、技能提高.应扩大培训群体,积极宣传技能培训学校,规范技能证书资格认定,以加大对农村转移劳动力的技能培训,更好地满足当前的社会需求.
In this paper, Ningxia rural migrant workers survey data were analyzed on the basis of empirical research through the use of Logistic model, the results showed that: gender, monthly income, the cost of training, access to training certificates, certificate level and salary-linked certificates, training impact on rural skills training needs to improve workforce skills transfer significant role, its role is to obtain a certificate in descending order, gender, training costs, monthly income, level certificate, the certificate linked with wages, skills improve, therefore, should expand the training group active advocacy skills training schools, standardized certificate qualification to enhance their skills training needs of rural labor transfer.
