2250热轧线精轧机组冷却水集管的结构优化

摘要 精轧机组上机架间冷却水集管在生产过程中出现根部开裂、喷嘴堵塞,严重影响板带表面质量及板型控制。通过研究上机架间冷却水集管的结构及机架间冷却水在过钢时的状态,分析了这种现象的产生机理,对原集管结构进行重新设计后,其使用寿命由3个月延长到1年以上,大幅提高了终轧温度的命中率,喷嘴堵塞现象大为改善。 Problems of root part crack and spray nozzle being blocked up are brought about on the cooling wa- ter collecting pipe between upper stands in finishing rolling set, and seriously affect sheet and strip surface quality and sheet shape control. Based on research about the structure of the collecting pipe and the status of cooling water between stands when steels passing, the mechanism for this phenomena is analyzed. The origi- nal collecting pipe structure is designed again, its work life is prolonged from three months to over one year, the accuracy rate of end rolling temperature is greatly raised, the spray nozzle's blocking up improved.
