摘要
针对国家标准《交通信息基础数据元》(JT/T 697)中存在的数据元语义缺失问题,以高速公路网静态设施相关数据元为例,通过交通信息基础数据元的蕴涵语义及其特征,按照搭建语义描述框架、提取数据元语义、数据元语义注解的步骤,对高速公路网交通信息基础数据元进行了语义建模,从而实现了对现有数据元标准的语义化扩展。通过实例应用表明,引入语义的数据元可以很好地表达复杂交通信息,在我国交通运输行业的信息化建设中具有很好的应用价值。
Regarding to the problems of semantics lack of data elements of transportation information in Chinese national standard Basic Data Elements of Transportation information (JT/T 697), the implicit semantic ingredients implied in the data elements as well as their characteristics were analyzed by taking the expressway network static infrastructure-related data elements as examples. Afterwards, semantics modeling of these data elements was performed in three steps:semantics description framework construction, semantics ingredients extraction, and semantics notation of data elements. By this way, the basic data elements from Standard JT/T 697 were enriched with data semantics. The results of an application scenario conducted in the article show that semantics-enriched data elements are well expressive for complex transportation information and very feasible in the informatization process of Chinese transportation industry.
