大学生团队学习的人际关系机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文在回顾已有的团队有效性和团队学习研究的基础上,总结了团队学习模型中有关的人际相关因素,包括团队构成、初始认知中的社会性认知、团队互动、共享心智,以及团队学习结构的反馈;并在此基础上提出了基于人际关系的团队学习模型。
