On the mid-stage assessment of the Development Planning of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone

通过对《关中-天水经济区发展规划(2007—2020)》实施效果的中期(2007—2012年)系统评估,指出经济区发展过程中遇到的四大突出问题。面对新机遇和新挑战,经济区政府应加快转变经济发展方式,完善城镇等级结构,完善区域空间结构,同时进行多方位宣传,才能有效确保《关中-天水经济区发展规划》的进一步实施。

Through mid-stage assessment （that is 2007-2012） of the Development Planning of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone （2007-2020）, the paper finds four key problems in the process of economic development in this regic, n. Faced with the new opportunities and challenges, the government should accelerate the transformation of economic development mode; perfect the urban hierarchical structure and the regional spatial structure, and amplify the publicity to ensure the further implementation of the Development Planning of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone.
