摘要
造成中西方杰出科学家行政任职差异的深层原因主要表现在社会文化背景、科学建制化路径、科学家个人心理动机三个方面。中国杰出科学家过多地担任行政职务会对中国科学建制产生不利影响,这些影响包括造成中国科技人才资源的浪费、扰乱中国科学建制的运行机制、增加中国科学家角色失范的可能性以及阻碍中国科技创新战略的实现等。
The underlying causes of the differences of the outstanding scientists' administrative positions between China and the West are the socio-cultural background, the path of scientific institution system, and the individual demand of scientists. China' s outstanding scientists over heavily holding the administrative post have negative effects on Chinese scientific institution system, such as making the waste of scientific and technological talents, disturbing the operating mechanism of Chinese scientific institution system, giving the room to increase the role anomie of Chinese scientists, and impeding the realization of Chinese technological innovation.
