摘要
选用双轮单后轴货车,在不同轮胎气压、轴载下测试了轮胎接地面积,计算了平均接地压应力。轮胎平均接地压应力与轴向荷载、轮胎气压之间线性关系明显,相关系数达0.98以上,建立了轮胎平均接地压应力、轮胎气压、轴载之间的三维关系,从三维回归曲面来看,轮胎超压对沥青路面的损坏不可忽视。
Choosing double-circle single-rear axial trunk, this paper tested the tire ground area and calculated the average ground pressure stress under the different tire pressure and axial load. It found that the relationship between tire average ground pressure stress and axial load, tire pressure was obvious, the correlation coefficient was above 0.98. It also established three-dimensional relationship between the tire average ground pressure stress, tire pressure and axial load. From the view of three-dimensional regression surface, the damage of tire overpressure on the asphalt pavement couldn't be ignored.
