摘要
以和榆高速公路云山隧道塌方处理为例,阐述了在穿越松散塌方体时用大直径自进式锚杆作为管棚,配合超前小导管注浆的超前支护方案,可保证拱圈以上塌体的固结效果及掘进施工的安全。介绍该方案的施工工艺和控制要点,对类似工程的塌方处理有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking Yunshan Tunnel collapse treatment in Heyu Highway as an example, this paper expounded the advance support scheme using large diameter self-feeding anchor as pipe shed, cooperating with advanced small duct grouting when crossing the loose collapse body, which could guarantee the consolidation effect and tunneling construction safety of collapse body above the arch ring. It also introduced the construction technology and control points of the scheme, which had certain reference significance for similar engineering collapse treatment.
