基于SLP方法的印刷企业设施布置设计

Facility Layout Design of a Printing Enterprise Based on SLP

通过分析图书印制企业的工艺流程和物流过程,指出印刷企业车间内部存在的物流问题,并针对以上问题提出了设施布置改进意见。将SLP(System Layout Planning)设施布置方法应用在印刷企业的印刷、装订车间的设施布置上,重新划分了工作单元,给出了物流量的估计方法,提出了优化方案。通过对方案的分析评价,选择合理的设计方案,验证了SLP方法在解决印刷车间的设施布置问题中的可行性。

According to the research on book printing enterprises, the main problems on the logistics are presented in the printing and book binding workshops. Based on SLP （System Layout Planning） facilities layout theory, the units of the work are redrawn, the estimation of logistics is presented and optimal facility layout plans are designed. The reasonable design is chosen by evaluation. The optimization design based on SLP is proved effective for the facility layout problems in a printing enterprise.
