摘要
为了解决以Ag NO3前驱体制备纳米银胶体粒径不稳定的问题,采用一种新的合成材料,以氢氧化二氨合银为前驱体,葡萄糖为还原剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为表面活性剂,通过对反应机理的深入研究,找到最佳反应条件并采用液相还原法制备出粒径可控的纳米银胶体。通过XRD(X射线衍射仪)、TEM(透射电子显微镜)、ZETA电位仪等现代分析测试手段,研究了纳米银胶的形貌、粒径大小以及稳定性。分析发现,以此种方法制备的纳米银胶体具有粒径可控、尺寸均一、分散性良好等特点。
In order to solve the particle size instable problem of silver nanoparticle hydrocolloids (AgNPs) prepared by AgNO3 precursor, using a new kind of composite materials: precursor is silver diamminohydroxide ( [Ag( NH3 )2 ] OH ) , reluctant is glucose and surfactant is polyvinylpyrrolidone. Through the in- depth study of reaction mechanism, It finds out the best reaction conditions and prepares of controllable nanometer silver colloid. The important characteristics of the AgNPs were measured by means of XRD, TEM, ZETA electric potential techniques as well as mathematical simulations. The studies show that the AgNPs obtained from the [Ag(NH3)2] OH precursor exhibited superior controllability in particle size, size-distribution and dispensability.
