摘要
研究两种农药对绿萝根系活力及可溶性糖、游离氨基酸含量的影响.结果表明:吡蚜酮各浓度可显著促进绿萝根活力上升,百菌清8、64mg/kg能显著提高绿萝根活力;吡蚜酮处理后绿萝可溶性糖含量呈上升趋势,而游离氨基酸含量则显著下降;百菌清8、16、32、64mg/kg处理后可溶性糖含量显著下降,游离氨基酸含量随百菌清浓度上升呈现出先上升后下降的变化趋势,表明低剂量百菌清诱导了绿萝游离氨基酸的Hormesis效应.
The effect of the low-dose pesticide on the activity of root,the amount of the soluble,and the amino acid in Scindapsus aureus were studied.The results showed that the activity of root in S.aureus increased significantly after the treatment of pymetrozine.And the root in activity S.aureus was stimulated by 8,64 mg/kg of chlorothalonil.The amount of the soluble sugar increased significantly,while,the amount of the amino acid decreased significantly after the treatment of pymetrozine.However,the amount of the soluble sugar in S.aureus decreased significantly at the treatment of 8,16,32,64mg/kg chlorothalonil.And with the increasing of the concentration of chlorothalonil,the amount of the amino acid showed an inverted"U"type feature,which was the typical characteristics of the hormetic effect.The result showed that the hormesis of the amino acid in S.aureus was induced by the low-dose chlorothalonil.
