促进上海绿色电力实施机制的研究

Research on Improving Green Power Implementation in Shanghai

分析了发达国家如荷兰、美国和德国等绿色电力发展较完善的国家的实施机制,以及目前上海地区绿色电力实施机制现状,指出了上海市绿色电力机制的不足之处.针对上海市实际情况,对绿色电力的实施机制框架进行了设计研究,并提出了促进绿色电力发展的政策性建议,最后对绿色电力认购网络平台进行了简要的设计.

The green power implementation mechanism of such developed countries as Dutch,the U. S. and Germany which implement green power better than other countries in the world is analyzed. The present green power mechanism of Shanghai is expressed and the shortage of the green power mechanism in Shanghai comes up. In terms of the actual situation in Shanghai,the implementary framework of green power is studied and designed,with the advice of policy to promote green power put forward. Finally,the online subscription platform of green power is briefly designed.
