宫颈息肉摘除术后应用保妇康栓的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Application of Baofukang suppository after excision of cervical polyp

目的:观察宫颈息肉摘除术后联合保妇康栓治疗对降低宫颈息肉复发率的疗效。方法:82例病例随机分为两组,研究组41例,对照组41例。研究组患者在宫颈息肉摘除术后于阴道内放置保妇康栓,对照组未放置任何药物。观察两组患者术后宫颈息肉复发情况。结果:研究组术后不良反应明显低于对照组,宫颈息肉复发率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈息肉摘除术后联合保妇康栓治疗,是提高宫颈息肉治疗效果、预防宫颈息肉复发的较为理想的方法。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the application of Baofukang suppository after excision of cervical polyp.Method：82 patients were divided into two groups randomly, 41 for research group and 41 for control group. The research group was given Baofukang suppository after excision f cervical polyp, while the control group was given no medicine. The recurrence rate of cervical polyp was observed.Result：Side-effects of research group is significantly lower than that of control group, the recurrence rate is also dramatically lower in research group. There is statistic difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Application of Baofukang suppository after excision of cervical polyp is an ideal measure to improve curative effect and avoid the recurrence of cervical polyp.
