生长抑素在结直肠术后肠瘘中的应用价值分析

Somatostatin in colorectal bowel fistula Application Value Analysis

目的:探讨生长抑素在结直肠癌患者术后肠瘘中的应用价值。方法:选用行结直肠术后发生肠瘘的患者53例,采用数字表法随机分为观察组27例和对照组26例。对照组予以禁食、补液、抗炎、胃肠减压、纠正水电解质酸碱平衡紊乱等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用生长抑素。观察两组患者住院时间、恢复正常饮食的时间、肠瘘闭合时间、并发症等情况,并记录治疗7d后两组漏出液指标情况。结果:观察组住院时间、恢复正常饮食的时间、肠瘘闭合时间显著短于对照组,且并发症发生率显著低于对照组,两组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞比容、血清淀粉酶、血清脂肪酶和胆汁酸水平均明显低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠术后肠瘘患者在常规治疗的基础上,加用生长抑素对肠瘘愈合有促进作用,利于患者早日康复。

Objective：To investigate application value of somatostatin in colorectal cancer patients intestinal fistu-la. Method：53 cases of intestinal fistula after colorectal cancer patients were chosen,they were divided into observation group and control group with digital table. There were 26 cases patients in the control group,and the others belonged to observation group. The control group accepted fasting, fluids,anti-inflammatory,gastrointestinal decompression, cor-rect water and electrolyte acid-base balance disorders and other conventional treatment, and the observation group were treated based on the use of somatostatin. Observations in patients were made as to hospital stay, time to resume normal diet, intestinal fistula closure time, complications, such as patients, and to record the two groups after treatment 7d transudate index case.Results：Observation group hospital stay, time to resume normal diet and intestinal fistula closure time was significantly shorter than the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly low-er than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Observation group, hematocrit, serum amylase, serum lipase and bile acid water was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistical-ly significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：As to colorectal surgery for intestinal fistula patients, conventional treatment com-bined with somatostatin is conducive to the healing of intestinal fistula and beneficial to patient recovery.
