高血压脑出血手术治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of the treatment of hypertensive cerebralhemorrhage operation

目的:分析高血压脑出血患者手术疗效并探讨影响手术疗效与预后的各种相关因素。方法:回顾性分析117例高血压脑出血患者手术治疗的临床资料,将病例分为早期组、延期组,分析比较两组患者手术预后各项指标及相关影响因素。结果:术前GCS评分较高、年龄较小、血肿量较小者预后较好。两组间患者术后半年日常生活能力比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:高血压脑出血患者手术时机的把握、术前GCS评分、年龄、瞳孔是否散大、出血量等是影响预后的关键因素。

Objective：To investigate the operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients and the effects of various factors related to operation curative effect and prognosis.Methods：Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 117 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage operation. The patients were divided,the early group and delay group. prognosis indicators and related factors of two groups of patients with operation were compared.Results：the higher of preoperative GCS score,smaller of the age and the hematoma volume, the better prognosis. There was statistical significance in the two groups of patients after comparing the ability of daily life in half year.Conclusion：Op-eration timing in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, preoperative GCS score, age, the pupilis scattered and the amount of bleeding were key factors of influencing prognosis.
