Nursing experience of clinical applications of VSD technology in orthopedic trauma

目的:分析VSD技术在骨科创伤临床应用中的护理体会。方法:将48例骨科创伤患者划分为两组,对照组患者进行普通换药的治疗和常规护理,观察组患者采取VSD技术治疗和护理。比较两组患者接受护理的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的受伤创面有明显、快速的愈合,感染人数较少,治疗效果显著。两组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:VSD技术比普通换药更能加快人体伤口血液循环,不必频繁换药。该技术能够减少骨科创伤患者的伤口感染率,提高患者对医疗护理的满意度。

Objective：To analyze nursing experience of clinical applications in the VSD technology in orthopedic. Methods：48 cases of orthopedic trauma patients were divided into two groups：d for the two groups：control group with dressing treatment for common and routine care, the observation group were taken VSD technology treatment and care. Two groups were compared for clinical effects of care.Results：The patients had significant injuries wounds, rapid healing, less number of infections, and the treatment effect is remarkable. Differences in the observation group and control group was statistically significant presence P〈0.05.Conclusion：Compared with ordinary human wound dressing,VSD technology can accelerate blood circulation better, and require less frequent dressing.This technology can reduce orthopedic trauma patients wound infection, and improve patient satisfaction for medical care.
