The Experiences between Two Models of Nursing Shift Arrangements in ICU

目的：根据ICU工作的需要，采取合理的排班模式，提高科室护理质量、护理安全及护士的满意度。方法：对科内在岗护士进行“APN”排班及“上下前后”两种排班模式，通过自行设计的“护士排班满意度调查表”进行调查。结果：自2011年10月~2012年4月，采取“上下前后”排班模式，调动了护士工作积极性，提高了工作效率及满意度，科室护理工作维持高质量。结论：任何一种排班模式都有优点和缺点，在临床护理管理过程中，应根据实际工作情况及工作需要，充分考虑护理质量、护理安全及护士健康的需要，寻求一种适合的排班模式。

Objective：To improve the nursing quality,nursing security＆satisfaction of nurses by adopting rea-sonable model of nursing shift arrangements based on the meet of practical work.Methods：To compare the differences in model of nursing shift arrangements between APN and AM-PM-evening-night through the self-designed＂satis-faction questionnaire of nursing shift arrangements＂.Results：from oct.2011 to apr.2012,the model of APN improved the enthusiasm, efficiency ＆satisfaction of nurses than that of AM-PM-evening-night.Conclusion：Any model of nursing shift arrangements has its advantages and disadvantages, it is necessary to adopt reasonable model of nursing shift arrangements based on the demand of practical work in nursing administration.
