心理干预在电子胃镜检查中的效果观察

Effect of psychological intervention in nursing gastroscopy

目的:探讨心理干预在胃镜检查过程中的护理效果,提高患者舒适度。方法:100例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,观察组在检查前、中、后均给予心理干预护理措施。对照组采用常规介绍检查流程的方法。结果:观察组患者的舒适度、满意度均优于对照组。结论:在胃镜检查过程中给予患者心理护理干预,可帮助患者克服恐惧、紧张心理,顺利完成检查,获得满意的效果。

Objective：To investigate the psychological intervention in the process of gastroscopy nursing effect,in order to improve patient comfort.Method：100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group,the observation group in the examination,were given psychological intervention mea-sures.Results：patient comfort,satisfaction was better than the control group.Conclusion：in the process of gastroscopy, patients were given psychological nursing intervention,which can help patients overcome the fear,nervousness,com-pletion of the inspection,therefore obtain satisfactory result.
