股骨粗隆骨折术后护理体会

Nursing experience of intertrochanteric fracture during post operation

目的:探讨股骨粗隆骨折患者术后的有效护理方法。方法:选取某医院收治的股骨粗隆间骨折患者20例,对所有患者均行手术治疗,且加强术后护理。结果:20例患者骨折均为一期愈合,且未出现严重并发症,根据Harris髋关节的评分标准,优良率为90%。结论:加强对股骨粗隆骨折术后患者的基础护理、并发症的预防和护理以及康复指导,可有效提高疗效,减少并发症的发生。

Objective：To investigate the effect care methods for the patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Meth-ods：chose the 20 patients with intertrochanteric fracture, all patients underwent surgery,and strengthened the postop-erative nursing.Results：all the 20 patients were primary healing, and there were no serious complications, the excellent rate was 90%according to the Harris hip score standard.Conclusions：strengthening the basic nursing,complications prevention and the recovery instruction for the patients with intertrochanteric fracture after the surgery can effectively improve the efficacy and prognosis while reduce complications.
