旧轿车的电动化改装设计

摘要 绿色环保的纯电动汽车价格高和续驶里程短等不足限制其推广应用,而燃油汽车经长期使用后,其动力性、排放性和燃油经济性明显下降。将旧轿车进行纯电动化改装,既有效提高使用性能,又可以降低使用成本。提出了轿车经济型电动化改装方案及电机和电池选择方法,以某轿车为原型进行改装设计,基于AVL Cruise仿真软件,对改装后的轿车进行了动力性与经济性分析,结果表明其动力性能够满足要求,经济性优于改装前。 Full electric vehicles, as environment-friendly transportation, are difficuh to be used abroad due to the disadvantages of high price and low driving range. Due to long-term wear, the degradation of fuel vehicles' performance, including power performance, emission performance and fuel economy, will obviously appear. The performance will be improved and use-cost will be reduced by electrified refitting. A design of electrified refitting on used fuel car as well as power system and power battery type selection were proposed. As template, a car had been electrified refitted in the proposed way and a simulating model was built through the AVL Cruise. The results indicated that the dynamic performance of electrified car met the design requirement and the economy was better than before.
