文章概述了国内外锂离子动力电池安全性相关技术标准,对比各标准体系的颁布日期、适用范围、技术特点及内容,在此基础上,以QC/T 743-2006为例,结合实际经验,重点探讨过充电试验、短路试验、针刺试验及挤压试验的相关试验检测方法,并有针对性地提出建议,为开展相关试验检测提供参考。

This paper introduces Chinese and foreign technical standards and regulations related to lithium-ion battery safety, compares different standard systems from the issued date, scope, technical property and contents. In this paper, taking QC/T 743-2006 as an example to study over-charge test, short-circuit test, needle penetration test and squishing test combined with the practical experience, at the same time some suggestions are put forward in the paper, providing some reference for carrying out test and inspection.
