摘要
以当年生红瑞木嫩枝为试验材料,比较了不同浓度萘乙酸处理对红瑞木扦插生根影响,另通过对扦插后留床苗的生长规律观测。得出40 mg/L萘乙酸处理对扦插生根率影响最大,苗高地径以萘乙酸120 mg/L处理组影响最大。
Taking the annual green branches of Cornus alba L. as test materials, researched the effects of different density NAA process on the cutting rooting of Cornus alba L., and observed the growth law of seedlings in seedbed after cutting. Got the effect of 40 mg/L NAA process on the rooting rate was the largest,and the growth amount of plant height and ground diameter were the largest in 120 mg/L NAA process.
