Legal Countermeasures of the Problems of Rural Urbanization in Jilin Province

吉林省农村城镇化建设发展较快,但在土地、环境、社会管理与治安、城镇规划、社会保障、户籍等方面仍存在许多不容忽视的问题。为了积极、稳妥、扎实地推进吉林省农村城镇化,需要以加快相关法律制度建设的方式有针对性地依法解决城镇化中的突出问题。

Despite the rapid development of rural urbanization in Jilin province, there exist still many problems in land, environment, social management, public security, urban planning, social security and household register. We can not ignore them. In order to promote rural urbanization of Jilin province actively,safely and firmly, should speed up the construction of the related legal system and target to solve prominent problems in urbanization in accordance with the law.
