关于新时期高校学生党员发展工作的思考

Reflection on Development of Higher School Student Party Members in the New Era

党的十八大报告指出:要求以改革创新的精神全面推进党的建设的新的伟大工程。在新时期,建设一支数量充足、素质优良的大学生党员队伍,是不断提升党建科学化水平的需要,实现党的新时期伟大战略任务的保证。党员发展的数量与质量二者的关系是辩证统一的,本文探讨了二者之间的关系,并通过对学生党建工作中几个误区的认识与思考,积极探索学生党员教育、管理、监督、服务工作的新思路、新途径。

According to the Report at the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, should comprehensively push the great new undertaking of Party building in an innovative reform-driven manner. In the new era, constructing a team of higher school student party members with adequate quantity and excellent quality is essential to make Party building more scientific and also guarantee the Party to achieve great strategic tasks in the new ear. The Paper discusses the relationship between the quantity and quality of party member development（which are dialectical unity） and actively explores the new ideas and approaches for student party member education, management, supervision and service through the recognition and thinking on several misunderstandings in party building among students.
