摘要 当前,"80后"已形成高校辅导员队伍的主体力量,成为当前"90后"大学生成长成才的引路人。结合党的十八大和习总书记一系列重要讲话精神,切实加强"80后"高校辅导员师德建设,是时代发展的需要,具有重要的现实和指导意义。本文通过分析当前"80后"高校辅导员师德现状,试从"80后辅导员"的群体特征出发,结合笔者自身辅导员工作实践,提出如何基于"90后"学生群体下加强"80后"高校辅导员师德建设的新途径。 At present, the "after 80" has been the main force of college counselors, and become the guide of "after 90" college students. Combined with the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the spirits of series of important speech by General Secretary Xi, strengthening the teacher morality construction of "after 1980" college counselors is the need of development of era, and has the important practical and guiding significance. Based on the analysis of teacher morality situation of "after 80" college counselors, trying to start from the population characteristics of "after 80" counselor, combined with the author's own counselors working practice, proposed the new way of strengthening the moral construction of "after 1980" college counselors based on under "after 1990" student groups
