摘要
阐述了PVC输液器存在含有增塑剂DEHP,对人体健康造成威胁;使某些药物被PVC吸附,降低疗效等不足,介绍了易溶出DEHP与被PVC吸附的常用药物。分析了TPE输液器具有不添加增塑剂DEHP,对药物无吸附等优势。
It states that the PVC infusion sets containing DEHP have deficiency as follows：threat to human health;making some drugs absorbed by PVC and lowering therapeutic efficacy;It also introduces the drugs which can make DEHP dissolved easily and be absorbed by PVC.And at last,it analyzes the advantages of the TPE infusion set without DEHP which has no absorption to the drugs.
