摘要
针对目前压力机的润滑需求设计了集中润滑控制系统,通过控制器进行加油间隔时间和监控时间的设定,并检测主油路的工作压力,实现了定时定量自动加油与故障报警功能。应用表明,该装置工作稳定、性能可靠,达到了预期效果。
The integrated lubrication control system has been designed aiming at the current lubricating demands of press. The oil-adding interval time and monitor time have been set by controller. The working pressure of the main oil circuit has been inspected. The automatic timing and quantitative oil-adding and fault alarming functions have been achieved. The application shows that the unit is stable and reliable, which can meet the expected effect.
