摘要
由于板料折弯机结构原理、折弯机自身制造精度、模具制造精度、被加工板材性能以及性能不均匀性等方面的原因,板料加工不可避免存在角度误差、直线度误差与边长误差。板料加工误差的存在影响后续的装配、增加试修模以及成形后校形的工作量,延长了产品的开发周期,制约着渐进折弯成形的进一步推广和应用,尤其是对用高强度高回弹钢板成形大型工件的应用。本文以江苏亚威机床股份有限公司PBH110-3100型数控板料折弯机为研究对象,依据弹性力学理论,建立折弯误差的分析模型,分析机床制造精度对金属板材折弯精度的影响规律。研究结果对提高金属板材的折弯精度与可靠性,提高产品的竞争力与附加值有着重要的现实意义。
Taking the PBH110-3100 CNC press brake for sheet metal as a research object, the analysis model of bending faults has been established in the text as per the elastic mechanical theory. The effect law of press brake manufacturing precision on bending precision of sheet metal has been analyzed. The study results have real significance on improving the bending precision and reliability of sheet metal as well as the competitiveness and additional value of press brake.
