摘要
文中分析了船舶签证现状及存在的问题,提出船舶签证取消后,通过事中事后监管确保船舶水上航行安全、利用数据库掌握分析船舶动态信息,加强海事监管工作。
Based on analysis of the status quo and the existing problems of ship endorsement, the paper suggests that maritime administration be enhanced through ensuring ship navigation safeW with in-process and afterwards control and obtaining and analyzing ship movement with the database afer the abolishment of ship endorsement.
