摘要
目的:检测血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)在喉癌中的表达,探讨其与喉癌生物学行为及临床病理学特征间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学(En Vision法)检测喉癌84例中VEGF和Cyclin D1的表达,分析其与喉癌临床病理因素的关系及两者表达相关性。结果:(1)84例喉癌中VEGF阳性59例(70.2%)。Cyclin D1阳性46例(54.7%)。VEGF和Cyclin D1表达均与喉癌分化程度、分期及淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。(2)VEGF和Cyclin D1在喉癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:VEGF和Cyclin D1高表达在喉癌的发生发展中起重要作用,二者可协同作用。两者联合检测有助于揭示喉癌的发生发展机制。
Objective: To detec t the expression of VEGF and CyclinD1 protein in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and investigate their possible relationships with biological behavior and clinicopathological characteristics in laryngeal carcinoma.Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of VEGF and CyclinD1 protein in 84 laryngeal carcinoma tissues. The relationships among the expression of VEGF and CyclinD1 in laryngeal carcinoma and clinical pathologic characters were analyzed. Results:(1)The total expression rate of VEGF was 70.2% in laryngeal carcinoma. The total expression rate of Cyclin D1 was 54.7% in laryngeal carcinoma.The VEGF and Cyclin D1 expression was closely correlated to tumor, differentiation、lymphatic metastasis and TNM staging(P〈0.05).(2)The expression of Cyclin D1 was positively correlated with VEGF (P〈0.05).Conclusions:The higher levels expression of Cyclin D1 and VEGF play an important role in the cancinogenesis and progression of laryngeal carcinoma. Combined analysis of these two proteins might be useful in disclosure of the mechanism of both the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma.
