用LIFBASE分析高压脉冲放电过程OH自由基的转动温度 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨低温放电等离子体特性,研究高压脉冲放电过程中的气体温度,采用喷嘴一筒式放电极结构分析OH自由基在高压负脉冲放电过程中的发射光谱,并利用LIFBASE估算OH自由基的转动温度.通过模拟,得到放电脉冲频率和喷嘴直径的变化对OH自由基的转动温度的影响:OH自由基的转动温度随高压脉冲频率的升高或放电喷嘴直径的增大而降低;当脉冲峰值电压为-32kV,放电喷嘴外直径为3mm时,改变脉冲频率,OH自由基转动温度变化范围为200~500K;当脉冲峰值电压为-30kV,脉冲频率为50Hz时,改变喷嘴直径,OH自由基转动温度变化范围为400~600K. To investigate the characteristics of the low-temperature discharge plasma and study the gas temperature of the high-voltage pulse discharge process, a nozzle-cylinder discharge electrode structure is used to analyze the OH radical' s emission spectrum in the high-voltage negative-pulse discharge process, while the OH radical rotational temperature is calculated by LIFBASE. The influence of changing the dis- charge pulse frequency and the nozzle diameter on the OH radical rotational temperature is obtained through simulation as follows. The OH radical rotational temperature reduces with the increase of the high- voltage pulse frequency or the nozzle diameter; when the pulse peak voltage is -32 kV and the outside di- ameter of the discharge nozzle is 3 ram, the OH radical rotational temperature range is 200-500 K with the change of the pulse frequency; when the pulse peak voltage is -30 kV and the pulse frequency is 50 Hz, the OH radical rotational temperature range is 400-600 K with the change of the nozzle diameter.
