在分析B／S工作模式的基础上，依据科研项目管理系统的工作方式及其核心功能，设计出基于B／S的架构体系和技术线路。解决了系统不同类型用户的差异性需求，实现了科研项目管理工作全程无纸化、网络化和智能化，提高了科研项目管理的效率。

Based on the analysis of B/S working mode, the paper designs the architecture system and technical line based on the B/S according to scientific research project management system work mode and its core function. It solves the diversity demand system for different types of users, scientific research project management work, and it improves realizes paperless, networking and intelligence of the the efficiency of scientific research project management.
