摘要
本文通过对无缝线路在列车高速运行下钢轨产生“波浪”病害的研究,从传统的轨道几何尺寸和道床状态开始分析,逐项进行了排查和维修。但钢轨产生的“波浪”病害并没有被彻底解决。通过进一步的调查研究发现,钢轨产生“波浪”病害的原因是由于列车的碾压使钢轨产生了展长的现象,这种多余的碾压展长量在直线地段会沿纵向上下发展,从而形成了“波浪”病害。本文给出了采用合理的锯轨量和应力放散均匀钢轨的治理方法,通过在现场的实践和应用,较好地解决了钢轨“波浪”病害的问题。该方法对于现场的轨道养护维修具有积极的指导作用。
Through the study of rail "wave" disease caused by CWR on train's high speed running, the paper ana- lyzes the traditional geometry size of the track and ballast condition; it checks and repairs each of the items. But the cause of rail " wave" disease has not been completely resolved. Further investigation shows that the cause of rail "wave" disease is that train~ rolling makes rail become longer, the excess amount of roller span will develop along the longitudinal upper and lower in the linear area, thus form "wave" disease. This paper presents the meth- od of using reasonable rail sawing quantity and stress to emit and uniform rail. After practicing and applying in the field, the rail "wave" disease is solved. This method has a positive guidance to track maintenance on site.
