摘要
“双导师制”是高职院校近年来探索的一种全新的人才培养模式。通过分析“双导师制”在高职院校实行的重要意义,提出高职院校“双导师制”建设的有效途径,为高职院校培养高技能应用型人才奠定坚实的基础。
Two instructors is a new personnel training mode in higher vocational college in recent years. By analy- zing the significance of two instructors which is carried out on higher vocational college, this paper proposes effec- tive ways on two instructors'constructions and makes contributions to train applied talents with high skill on higher vocational college.
