高职院校顶岗实习学生设立党员先锋岗的实践研究

A Pracitcal Study on Setting the Communist Pioneer Post for Internship Students in Vocational College

以顶岗实习学生党员先锋岗管理案例为基础，充分结合实习现场学生管理工作中存在的诸多实际问题，发挥党员先锋岗的现场指导作用，充分调动实习学生的主观能动性，本着“提升党员素质、服务学生群众、维护实习秩序、提高工作效率”的基本目标，立足于“立足岗位、无私奉献”的基本要求，阐述了在定岗实习学生中设立党员先锋岗的具体做法和取得的实效。

Based on regulations of the internship students＇ communist pioneer post management, this paper stresses actual problems in internship students management and gives full play to students＂ subjective initiative. According to the basic target of ＂enhancing the party member quality, serving students masses, maintaining the order of internship, improving work efficiency＂ and basic requirement of ＂based on post, selfless dedication＂ , it expounds the specific measures and effectiveness in creating the communist pioneer post for intership students.
