舟山民营企业多年来以其特有的商业头脑、冒险精神气场,艰辛开发东南亚市场,实际践行着"21世纪海上丝绸之路"。唯受制于各方因素影响,本地民营企业与"东盟"的贸易规模仍然十分有限,特别是直接投资项目更少。开辟浙江舟山群岛新区新的经济增长极,即是推动舟山民企瞄准"东盟"大市场,积极疏通"走出去、引进来"管道,切实壮大本地民企经济实力,使其真正成为"通盟之路"的生力军。

Owing to the limitations of various factors, the trade scale between the local non-governmental enterprises and“the Association of Southeast Asian Nations”still remains small, and even smaller especially for the direct investment. Opening up the economic growth pole of Zhoushan Archipelago New Area, Zhejiang, is just to drive Zhoushan’s non-governmental enterprises to aim at the grand bazaar of “the Association of Southeast Asian Nations”. Zhoushan＇s non-governmental enterprises will certainly become real fresh troops by actively dredging the channel of“going out and coming in”as well as by practically expanding local non-governmental enterprises’economic strength.
