阜阳市战略性新兴产业评判问题研究

Research on the Evaluation of Fuyang City Emerging Industries of Strategic Importance

由于我国区域差异性的存在,如何选择正确的战略性新兴产业,对避免各地区出现重复建设无疑具有十分重要的意义。因此,文章以层次分析法和模糊综合评价法为基础,力图构建一种评判方案,依托评判方案来研判一个地区是否适合发展某种产业,从而为地区政府选择合适的地区战略性新兴产业提供切实可行的操作方法。同时,以安徽省阜阳市为例,运用模型对该市发展装备制造业进行了客观的评判和理论选择分析。

Due to the regional differences in our country, it is certainly of great significance how to choose correct strategic e-merging industries so as to avoid duplicate construction in different regions. Therefore, this paper, based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, aims to constructing a evaluation model which can be used to estimate whether the region is suitable to develop some industry so that some practicable operation methods for the local government to choose suitable regional strategic new industries can be discovered. Meanwhile, taking Fuyang, Anhui Province as an example, this paper applies the model to make an objective evaluation and analysis of selection for this city to develop equipment manufacturing industry.
