在社会主义核心价值观的统领下，将学生职业核心能力的培养过程融入到高校思想政治理论课的教学过程中，不断提高课程教学的实效性。这种探索是非常有益的，现实中也是非常必要、可行的。在教学中可以运用项目驱动、案例教学等方法，来培养学生的职业核心能力，从而形成一套新颖的教学模式，使大学生的思想政治素养和职业核心能力得到双促进、双提高，不断增强思想政治理论课的趣味性、吸引力和理论感召力，有着强烈的现实意义。

Under the guidance of the socialist core value, to integrate the training of students＂ occupation core com- petence into the teaching of College Ideological and political theory course, and continuously improve the effective-ness of teaching. This exploration is very beneficial; it is necessary and feasible in reality. Project driven and case teaching method are applied in teaching to cultivate the core competence of students occupation, therefore a set of new teaching mode is formed to promote both ideological and political literacy and occupation core competence, it has realistic significance to strengthen the interests, attraction and theoretical appeal of ideological and political the- ory lessons.
