校企合作培养材料成型及控制工程专业人才的思考

Thinking of University-Enterprise Cooperation Pattern for Training Professional Talents in Material Forming and Control Engineering

校企合作培养人才是在原有的本科课程教育的基础上,发挥校企各方优势联合培养,学生在企业生产现场将自己在校所学的专业理论知识内化为自己的实际应用能力,可有效地提高学生的实践能力。2006年以来,南华大学材料成型及控制工程专业与本地的大中型企业密切联系,共同探讨校企合作人才培养模式,逐步摸索校企合作培养过程中的教学规律,经过校企双方几年的共同努力,取得一定成效。

The pattern of university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training which is based on the original undergraduate courses, will make full use of both university and enterprise in the joint training. At the scene of production, students can effectively put theoretical knowledge into practical ability. Since 2006, the department of material forming and control engineering of USC cooperated closely with local large and medium-sized enterprises on the improvement of university-enterprise cooperation mode and gradual exploring the rules for teaching during joint training process. Through several years cooperation of USC and enterprises, we had made some certain achievements.
