摘要
为了克服传统系统存在的问题,提出了改进安瓿瓶检漏系统的设计方法。分析了安瓿瓶检漏系统的工作原理以及和介质阻挡放电的原理与特性,分析了安瓿瓶检漏系统的电路原理,概述了影响检漏精度的各种因素,依据整流电路、软启动电路、直流调压电路、单相全桥逆变电路、保护电路、放电电路、嵌入式监控系统和上位机监控系统介绍了各模块的设计,完善了系统总体设计方案。这些研究成果为安瓿瓶检漏系统的设计与实现提供了一定的参考。
To overcome the problems of traditional ampoule bottle detection system,this paper will further improve and perfect the ampoule bottle design method of ampoule leak detection system.The operation principle of ampoules leak detection system was analyzed.The basic principle of dielectric barrier discharge and load characteristic was summarized.Meanwhile,circuit principle of ampoules leak detection system was gotten by formula derivation and the factors affecting the accuracy of ampoules leak detection was fully analyzed.On the basis of rectifier circuit,soft start circuit,dc voltage regulation circuit,single phase full bridge inverter circuit,protection circuit and discharge circuit,the embedded monitoring and control system and PC monitoring system,the design scheme of each function module was introduced.Finally,the overall scheme of system was provided.The paper had a good guiding rule in design and implementation of ampoule leak detection system.
