摘要
超超临界火电机组加装烟气-凝结水换热器(GCH)系统可以有效利用锅炉尾部烟气余热来加热汽机凝结水,提高机组运行经济性。结合某电厂的GCH改造工程,介绍了GCH系统的二级布置、每级多个模块布置等特点,针对GCH系统布置设计了GCH出口烟温控制策略以及确保GCH通路正常的控制功能,描述了GCH系统调试及投运情况,并对经济性收益进行了评估。应用数据表明,投用GCH系统后,较好地实现了节能减排,达到了预期目标。
Flue gas-condensate heat exchanger(GCH)system in ultra supercritical coal-fired unit can effectively use the boiler flue gas waste heat to heat the steam condensation water,improving the unit's economy in operation.Combining GCH transformation project of a power plant,the layout characteristics of GCH system were introduced,which were two level arrangement and multiple modules per level.According to the GCH system layout,the GCH outlet gas temperature control strategy and the control function of ensuring GCH pathway normal were designed.The GCH system commissioning and operation were described and the economic benefit was evaluated.Data shows,after GCH system operation.So energy-saving and emission reduction were successfully achieved and the expected goal was realized.
