外置式节能装置在锅炉系统中的应用

An Application of External Energy Saving Equipment in Boiler System

当今社会节能减排一直是热点问题,浦东机场一号能源中心从1998年投运至今,管理人员一直致力于节能工作。为了解决锅炉无余热回收装置的问题,工作人员通过对锅炉系统进行改造,增加外置烟气回收装置,成功将尾部的烟气温度降低,减少了天然气的使用量。承压式的设计也为其他具有相同或相近的运行情况锅炉的烟气回收改造提供了借鉴。

Nowadays energy saving and emission reduction has always been hot issues.First energy center in Pudong Airport had been put into operation since 1998.Management staff was always making effort to energy reduction.Workers there succeeded to make the temperature of gas emission reduced and gas decrease by transforming the boiler system to solve the lack of exhaust gas recycling.Pressure-bearing type also brought out a reference to those boilers to gas recycling transform which are in a same or similar situation.
