摘要
近年来,中国线材产量持续攀升,普通品种线材产能已经过剩,而高附加值的专用线材在产品标准、品种结构及性能质量等方面还有待进一步优化。介绍近年来在国家节能环保措施和市场需求的影响下,线材生产发展的一些新技术,包括无孔型轧制、热机轧制(TMCP)、活套技术、梅尔传动(MEE Rdrive)等。通过采用这些新技术,可以提高产品质量和生产效率,降低能源消耗,节约生产成本,使线材生产沿着高效、优质、低耗、高附加值的现代化方向稳步发展。
As China’s wire output keeps rising in recent years,ordinary wire has had overcapacity while special wire of high value-added still needs to be further optimized in the respect of product standard,variety structure and per-formance quality.Some new techniques in wire production were developed under the influence of the national energy saving and environmental protection and market demand.These new technologies includes pass-free rolling,thermo-mechanical control process (TMCP),loop technique,MEER drive etc.,which can improve the product quality and production efficiency,reduce energy consumption and save the cost of production.And they can make wire produc-tion develop steadily in the direction of high efficiency,low energy consumption and high value-addition.
