摘要
通过对马钢重机公司20t电炉系统EAF→LF→VD工艺流程的分析与改进,探索制定出了采用留钢返回法冶炼2Cr12Mo1V不锈钢的工艺路线。新工艺冶炼的不锈钢中w[O]≤25×10-6,w[H]≤1.8×10-6,w[S]≤50×10-6,w[P]≤150×10-6,工件的探伤单个缺陷当量小于4.0mm。该工艺简单易行,减轻了劳动强度,降低了能耗和耐材损耗,产品质量稳定可靠,经济效益大,可以实现快节奏、低成本生产不锈钢。
Based on the analysis and improvement of 20t electric furnace system EAF→LF→VD process route at Heavy Machinery Company of Ma’anshan Iron and Steel Group,a new smelting process of 2Cr12Mo1V by hot heel and return method was developed.In the stainless steel smelted by the new method,w[O]≤25×10-6 ,w[H]≤1.8× 10-6 ,w[S]≤50×10-6 ,w[P]≤150×10-6 ,and the equivalent size of individual artifacts defects is less than?4.0 mm. This process is simple,and can reduce labor intensity and energy consumption and refractory wear and tear.The product quality is stable and reliable and can bring huge economic benefits.It can realize fast and low cost production of stainless steel.
