特厚板坯连铸机摆锤式去毛刺机结构优化改进 被引量:2

Design optimization and improvement of deburrer structure with hammers in extra-thick slab caster

摘要 某钢厂3号特厚板坯连铸机后部辊道安装了摆锤式去毛刺机,用于去除火焰切割产生的毛刺,但经过半年多的使用,发现该设备存在一些不足:毛刺机旋转主轴与V型导向滑轨的间隙测量及调整极为繁琐,毛刺机旋转主轴高度限位机构存在不足。为了消除毛刺机存在的问题,通过对现场实际情况进行研究及理论分析,对摆锤式去毛刺机进行一系列的结构优化改进,通过优化改进彻底解决了摆锤式去毛刺机存在的设计不足,提高了去毛刺的效率,并且降低了该设备的维护费用。 A mechanical rotating demurring machine was mounted in the run-out roller table of the No.3 extra-thick slab caster.The machine was used for the removal of cutting beards,which were generated during the autogenous cross-cutting of slabs.However,after more than half a year,some shortage appeared in the machine.It was ex-tremely cumbersome to check the number of mounting links between drive shaft and vee-way guide and adj ust them, and the drive shaft had problems with insufficient height limiting mechanism.In order to solve the problems of the deburrer,through the research on the scene actual situation and theoretical analysis,a series of deburrer Structure with hammers optimization was made to improve the structure.The design defect of the deburrer with hammers was completely solved.The efficiency of deburring was improved,and the equipment's maintenance cost was reduced.
