摘要
介绍了胶带中部自动采制样系统的基本组成、主要技术参数及工艺流程,结合胶事带中部自动采制样系统在岱庄煤矿选煤厂的使用情况,从自动化程度、采样代表性、系统操作、安全系数等方面阐述了系统的技术特点,并总结了系统存在的问题。按照GB/T 19494.3—2004《煤炭机械化采样第3部分精密度测定和偏倚试验》中的规定对系统改进后自动采制样系统的性能进行精密度测定和偏倚试验,结果显示采样精密度符合国标规定,即自动采制样系统与人工采样无显著性差异,可以采用自动采制样系统代替人工采样。
The basic composition, main technological parameter and process flow of automatic sample preparation system at central part of belt was introduced in this paper. Combining with application circumstances of automatic sample preparation system at central part of belt in Daizhuang coal preparation plant, the technological characteristics of some aspects such as degree of automation, sampling representatives, system operation and safety coefficient were discussed, as well as the existing problems. According to the GB/T 19494. 3--2004 ((Mechanical sampling of coal-part 3: determination of precision and bias test)), the precision and bias tests after technological transformation were done, and the results could meet the standard, so there was no significant difference between automatic sample preparation system and manual sample preparation, and the manual sample preparation could be replaced.
