摘要
目前辅警是我国迫切需求的警力资源之一,作为警察的辅助力量,辅警队伍的整体素质与人民警察的公共形象直接相关,因此,必须加强辅警队伍建设。规范辅警招录和解聘制度、建立"因人定岗"的管理方法、加强辅警各项培训机制、严格规范辅警考核机制、塑造和谐警营文化等途径,是以人力资源管理的角度来完善具有中国特色的辅警制度。
Auxiliary police is one of the urgent needs of police resources. The quality of the auxiliary police is directly related to the public image of the police; therefore, we must improve the construction of auxiliary police team. In order to improve the auxiliary police system with Chinese characteristics from the perspective of human resource management, we should adopt the following methods as normalizing recruitment and dismissal systems, strengthening each training mechanism, normalizing evaluation mechanism, creating harmonious police culture.
